• Game Scores & Performance Data — Questions answered, correct/incorrect responses, streaks, and difficulty levels to track learning progress.
• Session Data — Game duration, timestamp, edition played (Premier League, Euro League, World Cup), character selected, and pearls earned.

We do not collect device identifiers, location data, or behavioural tracking cookies without your consent.

Data Retention

• Session Records — Retained for 90 days from creation, then automatically deleted.
• User Account Data — Retained until you request erasure. Upon deletion request, all associated data is permanently removed.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting our privacy team.

Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third parties to operate the Service:

• Base44 — Cloud infrastructure and database hosting. Your email, scores, and session data are stored securely.
• Stripe — Payment processing for subscriptions (Snappy Plus / Pro). Your payment data is encrypted and never stored by us directly.

All third parties are bound by data processing agreements compliant with GDPR.
